Product Designer

Join DijiRecruit as a Product Designer and craft the daily workflows used by recruiters to evaluate talent fairly and efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product to design intuitive, high-trust experiences across dashboard, pipeline, and candidate flows.

What you'll do

• Lead design work from discovery through polished UI and production handoff
• Translate complex hiring workflows into clear, low-friction user journeys
• Run lightweight research and usability testing with real recruiting users
• Evolve our design system and interaction patterns for speed and consistency
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and accessibility

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or workflow tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem-solving and measurable outcomes
• Advanced Figma skills including components, variants, and prototyping
• Experience balancing visual polish with delivery constraints
• Solid understanding of accessibility, hierarchy, and information architecture

Nice to have

• Experience designing data-rich interfaces or collaborative tooling
• Familiarity with recruiting, HR, or marketplace products
